CMakeFile is missing #1

Hi. When I run buid.sh, it gives me a missing file error:

multi-gpu-sorting/third_party/thrust

  does not contain a CMakeLists.txt file.

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:14 (thrust_create_target):
  Unknown CMake command "thrust_create_target".

is there anything missing in the source tree?
