Improvement : Tag to exclude rolling out media

Great idea ! I was just deleting them manually from *arr without removing the file as cleanarr will just delete things present on *arr. But this would indeed, be a nice feature. I'll take look when I have some time.

or would it be posible to add tags that it will remove?
for instance i have that ppl can request movies under the tag "requested" and i want it to auto purge them after 90 days.
