Add ranking to leaderboard

Didn't see this mentioned in other issues so I apologize if this has been addressed already!

Would be great to have a general "ranking" (1st, 2nd,...) in the leaderboards so that I can assess more easily how well I've done relative to other submitters day-to-day. Would this be feasible/desirable?

+1. It'd be great to pull up the leaderboards and say "I was in ___ place today!" That would especially be nice to see how the All-Time standings change. A leftmost column with ascending numbers would do, eh?
