第一条：添加新链接时，地址栏不强制，只在保存的时候判断地址和内网都为空提示不让保存

第二条：在第一条的基础上，切换到内网时隐藏没设置内网链接的，切换到外网，隐藏没设置外网链接的

或者在创建新链接时，增加一个开关，切换 1、仅在内网展示 2、仅在外网展示

当只有一个网址的时候，这个图标也就是不需要区分内外网，将地址添加到第一个地址栏就可以了
