Починить нерабочий роутинг фавиконки и вебманифеста #87

Никак не через serveStatic, ни через middleWare не настраивается роутинг отдельных файлов лежащих в корне исходников/билда. Ну либо я тупой.

У себя смог это починить выделением этих двух файлов (в этом шаблоне двух, на практике там могут и другие файлы появляться, тот же robots.txt) из статики в отдельную группу и отдельно с ними работать.

Не уверен надо ли это вообще чинить тут.
