I had to follow the instructions at https://docs.github.com/en/packages/working-with-a-github-packages-registry/working-with-the-container-registry#authenticating-to-the-container-registry to be able to pull docker.pkg.github.com/hubmapconsortium/spatial-transcriptomics-pipeline/starfish:latest
