Develop a settings page where users can manage their payment methods and billing information.

Motivation
Provide a central location for users to manage their payment methods, billing information, and preferences.

Implementation details

• Add sections for "Payment Methods", "Billing Information" and "All payments"
• Include the list of saved cards with options to add, delete, and select a default card.
• Include a section to view and edit billing information.
• Include a section to view all transactions.
• Display appropriate messages for successful or failed actions in each section.
