Reset language does not update stores

If a user resets a language the process does not trigger an update of the store, and neither the UI or the front end translation system will see it reflected until a reload is done.

Steps to reproduce:

• Translate a string via live translation
• Go to the language UI and reset the language that was modified
• Live translate again the same string

The change that the reset should do is not impacting the UI or the live translate modal.

This issue was detected during #6569

Most translation actions trigger a socket event that updates the tenants' stores. Resetting a language does not, it would seem.
