Create 3 Fedora AWS instances which are configured in a cluster. Ideally this configuration will allow for eventually consistent data replication (rather than transactional replication). Run benchmark tests and compare against baseline tests.

Goal:
Determine the performance results of Fedora clustering

Comment by @awoods: We will want to discuss clustering as a goal. It would be most constructive to define the use cases for which clustering is desired.
