A plan/strategy to understand how users are interacting with the system and what is or is not working (metrics analysis + interviews + ?)

Possible options:

  • Google Analytics (collecting analytics via profile ID, a couple ways to harvest data and display it in the UI. No way to look at this in aggregate.)
  • Feedback form - fed into a ticketing system (Zendesk) (helpscout)
  • Intercom for live chat or user-facing messages?
  • Mixpanel for tracking actions? (KISSmetrics) (Google Analytics Events)
