Re "Roadmap", desirable would be a 3 month set of tasks, and a longer term prioritized wishlist

cc @bbranan @mjgiarlo @hannahfrost Do we feel like what's in the charge starts to get at that, or do we need more than that?

I believe the HDT charge has more or less the roadmap that @azaroth42 describes above, but doesn't have a longer-term wishlist. A HydraDirect roadmap should probably contain items from the HDT and the HDB.

@mjgiarlo Should we postpone this until after next week? Is there progress that can be made on this during the meetings?

@anarchivist I suspect we have enough on the schedule already, and that the discussions in California can help inform this. Shall we bump the milestone to April and assign an appropriate assignee?
