Think this is after GitHub updating the Ubuntu version on the runners.

  Failed asserting that exception of type "Error" matches expected exception "Exception". Message was: "Cannot create dynamic property DateMalformedStringException::$xdebug_message" at

Yeah let's see if we can disable xdebug on these...
