希望封榜后，比赛管理员可强制刷新出最新榜单，不受封榜影响
目前比赛左上角倒计时会遮挡在线变成模式的左栏的“文件”图标，希望优化下
希望支持设置赛时题目名称(类似Vjudge.net的alias)
希望支持批量生成比赛临时账户(一次性，仅供赛时使用)
