README.md: Should we remove the license and downloads/month badge?

Should we also close our BountySource account?

My preference is to keep the license badge, since it is quick and easy way to get a rather important piece of information up front.
Downloads/month why not keep? Hypatia is popular, we should be proud of it :)
BountySource sure we can close it. It can always be reopened later if we discover we need/want it.
