Support AMD SEV and Intel TDX

Is there a plan to support VM confidential compute technologies like AMD SEV or Intel TDX. These would seemingly add more security and hardware sandboxing than a pure software implementation can.

Supporting confidential computing in Hyperlight has been a discussion topic in the past. We haven't made it a priority b/c we didn't have anyone specifically asking for the functionality. We'd be happy to review a HIP for that feature.
