currently using hyprland with 1.6 fractional scaling. When using hyprpicker's freeze state with grimblast --freeze, the resolution is noticeably lower than when taking a screenshot without --freeze

This has been confirmed to be a Hyprland issue. See hyprwm/contrib#69.
