openinfrence bee-agent-framework contributing

The bee-agent-framework will be part of the openinference ecosystem and the typescript version will be part of this list: https://github.com/Arize-ai/openinference/tree/main/js/packages folder

New package name: openinference-instrumentation-beeai-framework

steps:

• create an issue before starting developing => While this is not required for urgent fixes, it is required for all other PRs so that the issue is clearly tracked and triaged by a core team member.
• add bee-agent-framework (see the js/packages folder mentioned above)
  • rename the sending attributes by the provided Semantic Conventions spec.
  • change the span type by providing Span kind spec.
  • add some custom attribute to distinguish these new spans from this new package in the observe
• add to libraries https://github.com/Arize-ai/openinference/blob/main/README.md#libraries-1
• add example https://github.com/Arize-ai/openinference/blob/main/README.md#examples-1

We will have to add the new beeai-framework support to our observe backend / bee-ui because of the new span attribute names.
