UF: When people put in negative information, what happens is Caddy is using that information in retrieval

Solution: Split query into consider and not consider or positive and negative reasoning bucket. Do RAG retrieval and then use not consider to rule out information. Consistent theme of long lists of suggestions - want adaption to we have done this already. Preprocessing step to remove negatives?
