Shell Becomes Inaccessible

I synced to a second shell, but now I am unable to sync back.

I tried to over to the broken shell, it is still there and the storage shows as active.
However, when I go into a new shell store it is not visible in the wheel.

I did see this line in the console:

I will say that the shell came back after a server reboot, but this may be a fixable issue so I will leave the issue open until someone closes it.
