According to your testing, does the issue occur with ONLY Portal Gun mod and Immersive Portals mod and Farbic API?

Yes

Describe the issue

Falling into a portal at a fast speed causes the portal to stop your momentum right before you fall into it causing you to come out the other end with no speed this is a problem with the 1.20.4 version only I've seen.
