Hi,
I liked your work. However, to be able to use it, I would require a license. Would you be able to add this?
Best,
Matthias

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in my work and for bringing this to my attention. I have now added the MIT License to the project. You can find the license file in the repository.

If you have any further questions or need additional information, please feel free to reach out.

Best regards,
moqj

Hi, thanks for taking the time :)
However, if I am not mistaken, you rely on Detectron 1, which is licensed under Apache v2. This means you either have to specify which code in your Repository is licensed under MIT and which under Apache v2, or you have to make all your code Apache v2 or similar.
I know that this stuff is annoying but it is important in order to allow people using your code and building on top of it :)
Could you please take a look at it again?
Best,
Matthias

Hi,

Thank you for your detailed feedback and for pointing this out.

I appreciate your patience as I navigate through the licensing intricacies. My project is based on the maskrcnn-benchmark library, which is licensed under the MIT License. Detectron1 is possibly an upgraded version and is licensed under Apache v2.

Given this situation, I am considering continuing to use the MIT License, as it is the original license of the maskrcnn-benchmark library. However, I am not entirely sure if this is the best approach.

I will review the licensing requirements once more and update the repository accordingly. Your guidance is invaluable, and I appreciate your understanding as I work through this.

Best regards,
moqj
