Can Widget be pop'ed out by default?

Hi there,

I was wondering if it is possible to have a Widget popping out once opened, instead of floating or attached to a StagePanel. On OpenSite+, we have drainage widgets as well as reporting widgets with a more dense content, that we usually have to popout the widget for better visualizing, and the PMs asked if it would be possible to have it as a default action upon opening.
