Stuck on loading #90

Hello Everybody
I read all the forum but i didn't find the solution.
I installed everything like in the tutorial ,downloaded jquery.min.js in the folder etc...
When I load the page on my browser (chrome , FF) i'm stuck on the loading :(
the wheel roll and roll again.
Anybody have an idea?
