The link under IBM Cloud API Key in the third bullet under "Before you deploy" doesn't resolve.

Hi Mark,

Thank you for opening this issue. I fixed this broken link earlier today and have just pushed the change into production. There was an errant parenthesis that was preventing the link from resolving.

Also noticing the link currently points to terraform instruction, but it should point to ui instruction (as the user would be deploying the DA from the console ui). I opened a PR to fix here #3
