💡 [Feature] - pull from IBM MQ Topics

Description

IBM MQ can provide messages via Topic Subscriptions as an alternative to Queues. I would like to request that this connector can also pull messages from Topics through the use of a subscription.

Suggested Solution

The config file should give the option for MQ topic vs queue, and also the type of subscription to use.

Hi @dalelane , while I appreciate the concept you propose, we don't always have that choice, e.g. if we're connecting to a queue manager that is managed by another organisation who have a different approach to topic management
