Feature Request - Donor Centric Indices To Reflect Clinical Sample Deletion

Detailed Description

When a clinical sample is removed, and No Clinical Data or No active Registration / clinical submission is present for this sample, the associated donors and specimen can also be deleted from clinical, the donor dashboard should update to reflect the removal. Currently, this is not supported, the donor dashboard shows deleted donor.

This is affecting Prod LUCA-KR Program Dashboard.

Exit Criteria

1. Go to clinical API, delete a sample using https://clinical.qa.argo.cancercollaboratory.org/api-docs/#/Sample%20Registration/delete_submission_program__programId__registration_unregister
2. Confirm if the associated specimen and donors are also deleted from clinical
3. if so, the latest donor centric index should also remove the deleted donor

donor DO264719 is deleted from clinical, but still showing on the dashboard.

We have a workaround, but don’t have enough dev to fix it. Deleting the index and rebuilding it with sync will update the deleted donors.
