Some things that I want to resolve before tagging the sub-release

• will resolve: Fix CMake: FFTW Threads #55

  • the original author seems to be offline, I can make the changes myself (done in favor lookup for threaded fftw libraries #65)

• will resolve: Some test fail on s390x #59

  • suspected MPI issue on the user system but could be triggered by something inside heFFTe which may need fixing

• will fix Excessive compiler warnings #62

  • excessive warnings can hide real problems

• will resolve Fix GPU-Aware toggle #60

  • it's just a quality of life improvement

• maybe resolve: [Issue]: rocFFT too slow on Radeon 7900 XTX ROCm/rocFFT#531

  • ROCm too slow, could be an issue with the local setup or ROCm, we can probably tag without it:

• FFTW threads
• Build on s390x
• Fix compiler warnings
• GPU Aware On/Off
• Slow ROCm

#59 does not seem to be heFFTe related (or there is more than one problem).

Will tag the release later today.
