Please add progress report requirements and schedule for existing Icon Foundation grant

You can also include something like the following in the requirements:

"Grant progress reports may be submitted on a regular schedule or, additionally, ad-hoc, after an agreed upon set of milestones"

I would recommend to use the following directory structure:

  • requirements/
    • progress-reports-requirements.md
