Using Unreal Engine 4.19.1, it will crash when opening BP_Generate_Imposter Sprites

It's probably because you only put ImpostorBaker.uplugin and Resources folder in the plugin Folder.
You need to put the Content too. For my side, I put ImpostorBaker-master (and everything in it) in ...\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace
