Once the report button is pressed the video gets pulled down from the DB. At least in my imagination

It's one solution but I think some people would abuse it and start reporting stories for no reason other than pure harassment. If it's implemented, the content shall not be instantly pulled down from the database before some sort of content 'revision', made either by a human or an AI built for that purpose.
I hope you guys can figure out how to deal with those troublemakers and get them out of the platform.
