Error: dial failed err="no peers to dial"

Environment:

Windows 10

Problem

I passed 3 validations. And I didn't open the desktop app in the last weekend because of no time. Today the "Peers connected: " is always 0 even if the app opend for more than 3 hours.

The log of the node:

I tried the idea from Idena synchronization Problem

• uninstall the app
• deleted all data files
• import the account while syncing (this step is wrong, see the first comment)

But it didn't work.

• reinstall without import my account, yes, use the temp account to async
• Now, it seems working

I installed on 2 other clean PCs (fist time to install Idena) , and didn't import my account, just use the new generated account, BUT no one can sync 1+ blocks. All got the same error:
