Generic code-cleanliness upgrade
✅ Updated most dependencies
✅ Removed support for deprecated credentials (e.g. IdDocumentV2
✅ Added prettier
✅ Removed integrated DID libraries, which brings in several potentially unnecessary dependencies. This makes the lib smaller, and more flexible, but requires more set up (the DID resolver must be injected)
❌ Not switched to typescript - this would be next
