Describe the issue

I removed an old draft from the "Related Drafts" section of the PQUIP WG page. This led me to a blank page with the URL "https://datatracker.ietf.org/group/pquip/documents/manage/", although the draft was successfully removed from the list. This is a minor display annoyance only.
