Description

Generate an XML source file embedded PDF/A-3 PDF.
With weasyprint it's possible to create PDF/A-3 PDF 1 and attach files 2.

Adding attachments to PDF does not generate valid PDF/A-3B documents yet. 1
But changes from Kozea/WeasyPrint#1869 should fix these issues.
