It is difficult to share links to subsections of content on the authors.ietf.org website. The typical actions of alt+clicking a link and selecting "Copy link" from the menu that appears or copying from the URL bar don't work.
Frequently I want to share links to definitions of RFCXML elements, and I can construct such links (because I know how to type them out, e.g., https://authors.ietf.org/en/rfcxml-vocabulary#artwork), but it would be nice to just copy links. It would also be nice to be able to share direct links to tabs (for instance, the 'Attributes' tab for the element) rather than saying, "Go here and then click the 'Attributes' tab."

If you hover over the heading you want to link to, then a paragraph marker appears, right-justified on the same line as the heading. This is a link to that paragraph and can be right-clicked to select 'copy link'.
Some work was done on links to tabs, I will look it up.
