When expanding spoilers, clarify what is the spoiler text #1162

When a spoiler is expanded, there's no indication where the spoiler text ends and the regular text begins.

Perhaps the spoiler text can be shaded, and if it includes more spoiler text, then it can alternate between several shade colors.
