Docker Support

Learning from past experience, we often miss some steps that leads to many disaster. By adding Docker Support, hopefully we'll able to just pull-start the VM, and get it working by matter of seconds.

To start, we'll need to do this:

• Add better Migration Tools
• Add some scripts
• Test on PHP7.3 (Support for php7.1 will ends in the end of this year)
