Developer instruction

Clone this repo locally
Run ignite app install -g /absolute/path/to/cli-plugin-airdrop to install the Ignite App globally.
The ignite airdrop command is now available.

Then repeat that loop:

Hack app code
Re-run ignite airdrop to recompile the app and test
