Refactor PyQBench to use Orquestra instead of braket #27

In order to move from braket to Orquestra we need to do the following:

  • Rewrite circuits using orquestra.quantum.circuits.Circuit
  • Rewrite selection functions to use results returned by Orquestra's Circuit instead of ones returned by braket
  • Rewrite tests using Rigetti and Lucy devices to use Orquestra's Braket backend
