Chart is not defined when area of colour stack is selected in Color Chart Tool

Whenever the area with the colours are selected and the tool is opened, different margins tried and different amount of columns and rows there is a message that says chart defined. Could it be possible to have a more in-depth tutorial for the IJP Color Chart Tool?

I am trying to analyse high resolution images I.E 4000x3000 pixels and am having trouble with the tool not selecting the coloured squares.

A am not clear what your issue is. The selection needs to be a polygon with 4 vertices. Tested with stack of color images and everything works fine (note that only the first color image in the stack will be measured, if stack is a gray level all slices will be measured).
