will create a Contact page and set up a form that will send an email to the admin

started with 97da99d, planning on adding support for Mandrill and SendGrid, although they are causing problems right now.

Thoughts on adding styles to the form? I would use Bootstrap or Foundation, but I don't want to force everyone to use one thing or add so many options because of trying to make it better.
