Required=false not working

Hi Mike,

I'm running 0.2 so let me know if this is fixed in 0.3 but I find that
setting a profileEntry required="false" doesn't prevent an 'oops' message
when that parameter is missing from the post.

I tried setting the SimpleComment description to false and then tried this
(with no success):

curl -i -X POST
http://mike:potato@localhost:8080/caboto-web/annotation/person/mike/public/
-d 'type=SimpleComment&title=xx&annotates=http%3A%2F%2Fexample.org%2Fthing'
