Playlist with movies

Can there be an option to work with movie playlists? Currently the behavior is after a movie ends, the next episode of whatever TV Show you were last watching starts. The preferred behavior would be for it to play the next movie/item in the playlist. EDIT: This is a smart playlist, if that matters

Can you provide a Kodi log when using UpNext where you see this happen?

Playlist handling had a few issues but most things should work properly now. However at the moment UpNext still looks for episodes in a playlist and will ignore anything else. If a non-episode video is found in a playlist UpNext should currently do nothing, rather than trying to play the next episode of the last tvshow that was watched.

UpNext can be updated to work with movies, but what you are describing sounds like bug. Will need a log to know more.
