Send commands to local LAN via HTTPS if configured to do so

Switchboard can be set up to be an HTTPS server - which benefits some OAuth handshakes and some mobile ECMA libraries (such as speech recognition). The big problem is if we switch to HTTPS, the SmartThings hub can no longer speak to Switchboard via this app as-is. Need to figure out if / how sendHubCommand can do an HTTPS request.
