[Feature] After selecting images in "tag" view, allow user to add those images to album(s)

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

This was requested in #12901 in September of last year, but was closed because it supposedly was a duplicate of #9159 and #1673. It was not, from my reading, a dupe of either of those and it has not been addressed.

The request is pretty simple: I am in a "tag" view of, say 500 images. I want to check/select 5 of those images and add them to an album. I can select the 5 just fine, but I cannot add them to an album; there is no "+" option.

This is very similar to request #15049 which allowed for a user in Folder view to add images to albums, and that was implemented. But the limitation of not being able to add images to albums remains in Tag view.

If this is somewhere else and I've just duplicated it, I apologize.
