[Feature] Sync photos only from a specific date on iOS/Android

The feature

Hi guys,

I'm a user of both iOS (iCloud) and Android (Google Photos), and I often switch between devices, using one for a couple of months and then another.
My library contains over 100,000 photos and videos.

Whenever I switch devices, the whole iCloud library starts uploading again, which takes an eternity. I'm not even sure if it properly deduplicates items.

The solution could be quite simple - allow me to upload only photos from a specific date to the present day.
If I switched phones two months ago, I wouldn’t need to upload items older than that.
Also, it would be handy to save the date of the previous sync and sync only items added since then on a specific device.

Currently, even reinstalling the app requires starting the upload process from scratch.
