Immunearch: Public repertoire

Hi, I analyzed my data in immunearch for public repertoire analysis, I have generated the figure for immune overlap, and pubrep, I have total 18 samples and I want to analyze public clonotype in each dataset with same v gene same j gene and same CDR3 length or more than 70% similarity in v, j, and cdr3 regions. I analyzed the data with pubrep functions and pubRep(

i was wondering how can i generate the table of public repertoire amino acid sequences. in the attached figure i see overlap on 59474 but when i open the table then i do not see the similar amino acid sequences. I want to geenrate a table of similar public/shared clonotype sequences for all the subjects in R
