Handling forms in "Modal"

Hey guys, could someone explain me, how i can handle forms within modals correctly? I could not find a nice solution to this... Goal is to display the content within the modal via remote url, handle the submit via ajax and then close the dialog. Every way i tried to solve this issue failed.... thank you!
