Rate limits

  •   API Token Life Duration: The life duration of an API token is 10 (ten) hours, i.e. one working day.

  •   Rate limits on the Get Action via the GUI or API:

o Content Item Rate Limit: The default number of exportable Content Items from the Protected Domain Data per Get Action is 200,000 (two hundred thousand). The Data Elements exported with each Content Item are metadata, transcript, Derived Data, and provenance and right information.
Time Period Rate Limit: The default period during which a Content Item Rate Limit applies is 1 (one) month.
