Issue #107 (from #105, #104 and #103), and some updates will require the re-ingestion of some importers, in particular BNF.
In a future release, all importers (incl. BNF-EN, BNL, RERO) might also need re-ingesting to uniformize.

Reingestion would be for BNF, BNF-EN, BNL (& BL) data according to this information.
